Office Administration (CDACC Level 5) – Course Overview

This competency-based course prepares learners to manage day-to-day operations in a modern office environment. It emphasizes practical skills, workplace readiness, and administrative efficiency.

Core Competencies

Learners will be able to:

· Demonstrate shorthand skills for rapid transcription and note-taking

· Manage office mail including sorting, dispatching, and filing correspondence

· Coordinate official meetings including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up

·  Process computerized documents using word processors and spreadsheets.
